I only got to use this once. I discovered the entire top had come off and the contents leaked out in my purse. If you get this, be aware about carrying it around with you and ensure the top is screwed down tightly, or better yet, don’t carry it around.

First it was not the weight control that I fot, it ws for headaches.
The product is wonderful for the relief of headaches. It burns a little when ou first spray it but that ges away quickly.

Actually, there is a burning sensation in the nostrils upon using, but it goes away very quickly. I used this product at the first sign of a craving and, along with the burn, the craving went away as well. Whether it is an effective weight loss product is yet to be determined. I’ll let you know.
It seems to diminish the drowsiness that comes with those afternoon cravings.
