I bought this little blue ball to give my back support when I am doing abbs. The product works perfectly but was not enough support for me. For the price its worth a try. I recently bought the bean-elite and LOVE it! It is worth the cost because it gives me total back/neck support and makes working my abbs comfortable

This fitball is great!! it’s just as good as the bender ball but alot cheaper..You do NOT need to purchase a pump with it. The ball comes with a straw that you can blow the ball up with, it’s very easy and it comes with 2 plug.
