I never saw anything in writing about the cost of shipping so of course it cost almost triple the amount of the weights to send them to me. I think that was totally unfair. I sent an email to the company but no response.

Cap Barbell Neoprene Dumbbells (1# thru 10#) … by Teresa
I purchased my Cap Barbell neoprene dumbbells from a local fitness store a couple of years ago.
These neoprene dumbbells come in either all black or various colors (coded by weight in 1# increments from 1# up to 10#). They are good quality dumbbells (comparable to Troy brand) and great for weight training at home. The neoprene dumbbells are less damaging on flooring, don’t smell bad, and (because of their hex shape) don’t roll away. They are also easier to grip and more gentle on your hands (especially if you prefer to weight train without gloves).
In addition, the 1# or 2# dumbbells are great for toddlers/kids wanting to exercise at home with mom and dad.
