Product Description:
The BOSU® Ballast Ball is a weight-filled stability ball designed to stay put. It increases the safety of your workout and opens the door to exercise progressions and dynamic drills that simply cannot be performed on a regular ball. The BOSU® Ballast Ball integrates easily with all types of fitness equipment and includes foot pump and workout DVD.
Well Worth It by MsDandy
I like the quality of the product. It is stable; you don’t have to worry about is rolling around. I get a very good workout from this ball. This is the second balance ball that I have owned, the first one was a hassle to inflate. The bosu ball uses a foot pump and you can plug it up without losing all that precious air that you just pumped into it.
My only complaint is that I wish there were more dvds with different exercise routines specifically designed for the Bosu Ball. That’s the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.
Kinda Weird by J. Smith
I bought this hoping that I could substitute it and add resistence to my usual Cathe workouts which require a ball. The best feature of this ball is that it does not roll around. I use is as a desk chair while working on my computer at home. What I don’t like about it is the way the weight is distributed. The weight is added by small little balls inside the ball. They move all over the place making aerobic workouts uncomfortable. I would have liked it if the weight was added by increasing the thinkness of the ball. The small little balls inside are extremely distracting. The quality of the ball overall is very good. I guess since Bosu is the best out there but I think that this idea although a good one needs to be redesigned. Not worth the $60
